Refund Policy

As travellers ourselves, we understand that sometimes plans change and you need to rearrange your trip. That’s why we offer a full refund up to 2 days prior. We thank you for your understanding of our planning and resource preparation ahead of our tours and that you respect our refund policy. 

 

If you need to cancel your tour:

 

Up until 2 days notice we can offer you a full refund. 

 

Between 48 and 24 hours before the time of your booking we will refund 50% of the total tour amount.

 

With less than 24 hours prior to your booking time or you do not show for your tour (we have a 30 minute waiting period) your tour is non refundable. ​
 

We do our very best to fulfil every booking however in the unlikely event we cannot fulfil the tour, we reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide an alternative or refund to you.​
