Starting from historic Queen’s Hotel, slip into the mystery behind one of the first ever coffee factories in Kandy and related monuments before a scenic ride to a long forgotten coffee plantation close to Kandy. there, we’ll take you on a guided walk through plantations that were once part of the world’s most successful coffee cultivation. Learn about the collapse of coffee plantations and why you are now becoming part of the reemergence of this industry, placing Ceylon coffee back on the map. Heading back to the city, we will visit one of the only remaining historical coffee bungalows. Rather than a high tea as you might have tried, you will be served a high coffee to be enjoyed overlooking the majestic Kandy lake. With our experience we will answer questions you may have brewing.
